4. Declaration of authority

Nominators are required to declare that they have the authority to nominate the documentary heritage.

I certify that I have the authority to nominate the item, or items, (please delete inapplicable words) described in this document for the Australian Memory of the World Register.

Nominators must both sign the declaration and PRINT their full name.
