3. Nominator details

This section is for information about the source of the nomination and the authority under which it is made.

3.1 Name of nominator (person or organisation)

This should be the full name of person(s) or organisation(s) making the nomination.

3.2 Relationship to the nominated documentary heritage

This should be an explanation of the nominator’s relationship to the documentary heritage. For example, the nominator may be a responsible officer of a library or archives which owns the documentary heritage in question; or he/she may be a private individual with a research interest in the heritage.
